Had someone tell me that if I brought $250k and a viable business plan to the table they could make the rest happen  Anyone? Anyone? Just a paltry quarter of a mil is all I need

And a business plan please. Pretty sure if I brought a 1/4MM and my hooha  in my hand the rest would happen. Once you buy it what do they care what you do with it. I'll build a house on it and make the track my driveway.

Well total purchase price is around $7 mil I believe, this was an outside financier that told me that, I'm gonna call them this afternoon to see how serious they are about it You gonna be my sugar daddy Ruhe

        That would be the ultimate driveway .....       But in my case I would always
        be late to the job site or just say phuck it say home and do laps all day !!!!!!!!!!

I'm no business man, but (to me at least) it seems unlikely that a buyer would lay out that amount of money for the track then immediately spend more big $$ re-paving it.

I hope I'm wrong.

First off doubt all in the track would be just 250k. In addition when it gets bought it will get repaved or you will watch your investment turn to doo doo.
It needs a repave. Odds are that is one item on the list that puts it on the blocks.

Eh there's more that goes into it than $250k and yeah I know about the re-pave, looking into it right now. Talked with someone about it and you would probably understand more about what he said than I would, but the $250k is for fees and what not, not the purchase price, I believe the price is around $7 mil....

By the way John I told them there would be no way I was going to offer anywhere near asking unless they build a podium before next weekend
