Overhaul question
« on: December 16, 2020, 08:12:02 AM »

Hey I have an 00 zx6r that I recently had to tear down to replace a burnt valve.  The bottom end has been rebuilt before but has about 70k on it since the last rebuild.  Question is should I remove the engine and replace the main and rod bearings again. Or just replace the valve and move on?

With that many miles and you having the motor torn down, I doubt you would go wrong by replacing. 👍.   :2cents:
