WorldSBK race #1
« on: February 29, 2020, 07:00:43 AM »

Would Rea have pulled another one out and dominated if he hadn’t thrown it in the kitty litter? We’ll see what race #2 has in store...

Seriously nice to see Yamaha on the top step :)

It’s refreshing to see three riders with three new (to them) teams on the podium. Let’s hope this continues

Wow that was a great race

It was good to see Gerloff latch on towards the front for as long as he did. I’m sure he learned a lot by riding behind the front group. But looks like he burned his tire because he dropped like a rock in the final stages. He will need to get used to the longer race distance.

Dang, Gerloff crash in WUP. Declared unfit due to concussion :(

Yep...so disappointing.

Getting ready to watch the Superpole race...even though I know who won it because I haven’t learned my lesson about staying off social media until I’ve watched these things...d@mn.

All three races were awesome. I know Philip Island is a special track and lends itself to close racing. But I hope this close racing stays throughout the season.

Kawasaki looks as good as ever. Ducati doesn’t look to have the speed advantage anymore. Yamaha’s new engine looks to have given them that extra power they were lacking.

So good!

I’m not and I’ve never been a Rea fan...so it was nice to see Alex take the win :)

Awesome weekend of racing. Glad Rea was able to keep the pace low so long. Made for such a good race. Glad to see Scheib hang in there. Glad to see Lowes get the win.
