Welcome to the message board Elliot. I really don't know anything about the electronics but I'm pretty sure it's top of the line stuff. There's a local company that I work with and they contract directly with the owner. About all I know is that the screen is 120".

And that's why the United States is the greatest country on earth.

I had a job about ten years back where the owners were interested in it, but the ROI was ridiculous, even after taking into account that there was a 33% tax credit available. So no, I've never done any solar panels.

I agree, The United States is Awesome!

I'll post something soon up when I get a chance. It looks like all the images from the postimage account disappeared but here's a link to the gallery for the missing photos. https://postimg.cc/gallery/2qhda3wyu/

I have three projects I'm actively working on right now, and another one I'm about to start that will make for some impressive before and after photos. I also have a couple of other upcoming projects that are in the process of being designed.

This is the only one I have taken any photos of so far. It seems like I always think about photos when I'm not there to take any, or when it's too late to capture.

From this past summer on a house I'm building.

This is photo is under what is now one of the garages. The fill required to bring this up to the slab level was 16'-18' deep. The wall on the left is a dividing wall down the center under the floor due to the amount of fill and the need to give the reinforced concrete floor above a center support. The garage floor rests on top of it. I had to fill about 10' around the outside of the garage just to get the grade up high enough to be able to dump dirt inside of the garage. Once that was done I used a crane to lower this Bobcat down inside of the foundation so that we could move the dirt around inside as it was being dumped in from the outside. We did this in 12" lifts compacting each lift before starting another one. Once we go the inside filled to the level of the outside I filled both sides of the walls until we had it all the way to the top. Once it was filled to the top I just drove the bobcat out. If I had it to do all over again I'd probably just build an elevated floor on top of a steel frame and leave all of that open underneath. Because of the design of the house there wouldn't be any access to the basement area that would have created, but it would have been easier to do. The cost probably would have been similar too. This was a lot of work.

In this photo we had already filled the inside probably eight or ten feet.

There are some really large beams in the roof. This is one of the hips. This is a 3 ply lvl, 16" x about 30' long. The weight is about 750 lbs.

That garage isn’t big enough. Next time talk the owner into a few of these.
