For those that may not know or have forgotten.

VIR is still requiring off highway vehicle stickers for all NON PLATED pit vehicles.

  Off-Road Vehicle Pass
ATVs, golf carts and other off-road vehicles must be licensed by VIR. Only licensed drivers over the age of 16 may operate off road vehicles on VIR property. Off-road vehicles must be operated in a safe manner at all times. All off-road vehicles must have lights and scooters must meet the 21-inch seat height requirement.
To ensure the safety of you, your fellow spectators and our staff, VIR retains the right to impound any off-road vehicle at any time and for any reason. Impounded vehicles will be returned to the owner at the conclusion of the event. No refunds will be given for impounded vehicles.
To acquire your Off-Road Vehicle Pass, fill out the print-at-home form and bring it to the front entrance gate or the Security Office in the Main Administration Office. The cost of the annual Off-road Vehicle Pass is $25.

So this means there won't be any noisy generators blaring away? Since everyone gets free power anyways?
