So my question - Is it worth it to place foam in the tank?   After reading and agreeing that less fuel makes a noticeable difference in feel, even if it's only ass to seat feel, wouldn't the foam mitigate the sloshing or movement of fuel during lean?

Betting "da bump" is easy. Just chase down Taylor and leave him in your dust after an epic battle...

Awe man!!!!   It had been 6 months since I even sat on a bike, that was my first session!! I hadn't warmed up yet!!   And my list DOES go on..... But if you can hit steady 1:15's at VIR south?  I will put you in the "A" group.

Oh yeah.... The tires I had were 5 years old and I had 3 broken ribs!!!

In all fairness to us both when I get my r6 together.... I'll find you!!  :D.     T

The before mentioned comments were made in jest... Hence the smiley face Emo
But I am sworn to defend my slowness with excuses.

I still may have a trick or two up my sleeve.... But fear not.... For I am wearing a t-shirt... :D

Funny no one here claimed the bulk of their weight below their waist. No porn stars here I guess!

Most of my weight below the belt comes from a massive testicle. So I am like half porn star  :dunno:

Come on then!!!! I welcome another round!
Excellent!!!  :D I'll bring my list :D

All jokes aside...... I've been doing more watching than riding this year, so let me say PRE's ADVANCED group is no joke!!!!

Ron you and the other folks are roll'n out there!!!! :adore:
Maybe it's the new pavement? Or maybe y'all are improving nicely?

Either way GREAT JOB to everyone for keeping the "A" group one of... if not the fastest and safest in the business.  :tiphat:

"A" group is still a well earned group to ride with and it will be an honor to join you folks on the race track again!!                     T

Now I can only say I hope to never get so sensitive or so fast that the gas sloshing around in the tank makes me crash  :banghead:.....    I think I'll be o.k.

So you're saying that body position has evolved and the older fast guys have had to evolve with it? :D

I will agree with this assessment. After riding with numerous other groups, I have come to the realization that a larger percentage of the PRE A group are EXTREMELY capable riders. There are a couple that probably need to be demoted to I to get their groove on a bit better, but for the vast majority, this is a very capable group. I am proud to be associated with them and to be wearing the PRE A sprocket.

JRA ,   Being a rider that has evolved from the Fred Flintstone era[stone age]  I think
I'm qualified to answer that question ...  ABSOLUTLY !!!!!   I actually think I ride better than ever .... Because of what I've learned from your CR's !!!  Getting to the Advanced Group was
a lot of Hard work !!!  A whole different transformation from my first track day to now ..
And I'm still evolving ..
