Was a perfect weekend.  Well except on the ride home when i hit the biggest traffic jam in the world on i-85!!!!

I also hit a personal best.!!

which of the 3?  I drove through 3.  The one near clt I was 15 min into it  sitting next to a asphalt scraper when waze told me there was "road construction ahead".

I lived in Lawrenceville in the early 90s.  We went to the aquarium Friday.  I can't believe how much worse the traffic is now.  Saturday night I took 85s to the hotel off exit 126.  Stop and go the whole way.  WTF. It didn't used to get bad until jimmy carter blvd.

There was a big drag race around somewhere that was happening as well.  that might have played into some of the traffic.

i used to live on the north east side of clt... I remember the construction was starting to build up around the mall area on 85.  glad I moved to Raleigh right before it got extra bad.

Just wanted to say my first time with PRE and at Road Atlanta was this past Saturday and I had an absolute blast!! I was on the slow silver and red Triumph Street Triple Rx in Intermediate Group Saturday. Very fun time and my goal was to ride with PRE since I've heard good things locally and I have to say all you guys (and women) lived up to it and even beyond what I expected. Day ran smooth, very organized, respectful, prompt, airfence, and I could go on and on. Of all the different organizations I've rode with I would have to say I will definitely be riding with PRE this year even more!

I truly had no idea what to think when i came across this.  My first thought is why on earth would hte course workers drag an air fence into the middle of the track.  what are they trying to block us from hitting?
