Atlas Motorcycle Lift $700
« on: August 24, 2016, 10:34:55 AM »

Currently in storage so I will get photos as soon as i can but this is the unit. http://www.gregsmithequipment.com/Atlas-HI-RISE-1500-Motorcycle-ATV-Lift_2
Bought new in 2012 but has been back up for past 3 years.

Comes with side additions so one can work on ATVs and golf carts , go carts what ever.

Pick up is preferred. Might be able to deliver for extra $$$$

$700 again delivery or pick up item is too big to ship. Might consider trades depends on what you got. Motorcycle / Firearm or Bourbon related always gonna catch my eye.

We will see if any of my PRE family is interested.

If I didn't already have one just like it I would buy it. It's probably the best money I ever spent since I've been in this hobby.

I don't have the fancy extenders that make it wider though. That's a good deal. I think I paid $800 for mine without the extras, and that was a long time ago.

I'm trying to figure out how I can fit it in my garage....

Where are you located?

And does a bike fit on it with the bike on front and rear stands?

I never mounted the wheel chock on mine and there is plenty of room for both stands without it. The lift is about 8' long. The loading ramp adds to that length but it's removable. You do need compressed air to raise and lower this lift.

Actually, I think that for the way I use mine that the chock is totally unnecessary. I think I bought mine in 2008 and in all those years there is not one single time where I thought it would have been handy to have it mounted on the lift. There have been several times where I wished it was wider because placing jack stands under the pegs on my bikes puts the outside corner of the jack stand right on the edge of the table. I get around that by just laying a small piece of plywood across the table and it hangs over a few inches on both sides. I then set my jack stands on top of the plywood and that makes it very sturdy.

I don't think so. I had to supply my own. I knew that would get a comment.  :D

Can easily put stands under it and long enough that if not using the tire vice you can roll it back from vice depending on what type of stand you can use front and rear. Peg stands (pit bull ) work without side extensions. Again depending on stands you want to use. With side extensions on use any stand you want.
I am in Canton GA but can travel a little to help out. Will be heading north in next few weeks to VIR so possible delivery. Take it off my hands I will buy you a case of Miller lite. If I deliver it you owe me a nice bottle of bourbon.

It's not real hard to move if you cannot dedicate space.
