So just wondering how many of you don't run a thermostat in your bikes?   Pro's   con's?  Gotta tear my engine down this winter and debated on leaving the thermy out..

I was out there on Saturday. Weather was great and it was nice to see some friends I haven’t ridden with in a while.

And I agree that all the work and help from the PRE CRs helped me feel right at home in their A group.

I even managed a few inside passes which was a first for me. And a new PB time at NCBike :)

Now I’m ready for my season finale this coming weekend

I was there also and hope that you too had a great time. They were set up for 40 bikes per group which provided plenty of open track and plenty of passing opportunities/practice, depending on where/when you rolled out. It was my season ender and I had an absolute hoot, even getting new best time thereon D-U-N tires running CW! Those folks put on really nice low key events and I hear that the BBQ was delicious too.

Not gonna name names, but it was at NCBIKE this weekend.  I ran their "I" group and I have to say I owe a lot of my newly-honed skills to the CR's at PRE and a great friend that gives great advice on and off the track.  I obeyed all the rules, incurred no infractions.  All the riders I had a chance to talk to said the same thing, "You are flying on that R3!"   I was catching and or creeping by other bikes in the turns, it's a whole different kind of track day when riding like that.   I wore my PRE Intermediate badge with honor, and now I have 2.  And thank you to the other club for putting on a great season ender.  There were hella bikes out there today.

   Holy smokes!
Awesome races in all three classes.
PI is usually great, but that was amazingly good stuff this year!

Not that I'll be going to Oz anytime soon, but...

You should hop on over, Matt :)

There was more touching going on in that race than in a catholic Boys room....... Zarco was borderline dirty at times but it was dished right back at him.
