Great videos dbosch!  If you keep making them they could be a great way to promote track days in general and PRE specifically.

I laughed at your comment about mis-matched knee sliders.  The other day I was going through mine, wondering how the hell I had five marked "left" and none marked "right".

Another sweet vid! Love the demo of moving from one side of the bike to the other without using your arms.

Using the lower body helps relax the arms more. I’m sure some of us have felt that burning feeling in our arms. You feel like you can’t hold on anymore. Lower part of our body has bigger muscles so makes sense to work those harder than the arms.
